Springboard research have released a survey that indicates across Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand will have the highest growth in SaaS CRM projects, "with 61% of potential buyers citing purchase plans in the next 12 months."

This significantly reflects the confidence of organisations to more readily accept SaaS as an enterprise solution, and that companies are recognising the significant value SaaS offers, particularly in this economic climate.
