CRM HealthCheck
Unfortunately like all things, CRM systems need maintenance and review, even the SaaS ones. And sadly, despite best intentions, over 55% of all implementations have configuration mistakes or oversights in applying best practices. Using our extensive CRM and business software experience we have packaged an 'off-the-shelf service' for our clients to give their system a check-up, and identify those issues that could be effecting performance, productivity, security or usability. A 'Healthcheck', may be done immediately post-implementation, or after a period of being live, but is a valuable tool to validate the implementation and ensure you are getting 'best-value' for your investment. We estimate approximately 30% of users are performing 'workarounds' for functionality that is in their system and being paid for, but they just aren't aware of it! Our service is fast and precise, we examine over 30 items in your system and produce a full report for your review, within 5 days, for a fixed price. You can download a sample of the report we produce and a datasheet explaining more about the Healthcheck by following this LINK |

Especially in these tight economic times, getting the board or CEO to sign off a Business Case is becoming harder. Boards and Executives are under extreme scrutiny to ensure that investment decisions are well justified, documented and validated. Increasingly boards are rejecting IT investment proposals as they are incomplete lacking analysis or short on quantifiable analysis of costs and benefits. The cost to generate a robust business case can be a major investment in itself of internal resources, to have the proposal rejected becomes a costly exercise. A recent client spent an internal cost of over $100k to prepare a business case only to have it rejected, a further $40k was spent to then do the job right and resubmit the business case. Typically an IT business is submitted by the CIO as the investment owner, and a business general manager/executive as the beneficial owner to the proposal. This requires good coordination, and agreement of the 'process of creating the business case'. Not surprisingly many IT Managers and business executives are not experts at putting business cases together, it's not their core skill. Creating a robust business case (that has the best chance of NOT being rejected) requires a clear approach or methodology to communicate, collect, validate, analyse and present. All too often projects are put forward without rigourous cost and benefit collection and validation, or correct financial analysis of TCO, ROI, Payback and discounted cashflow. Synergility bring together strong business knowledge and knowledge of technologies and applications, into a framework for building a business case. Our consultants understand both sides of the equation and bring a qualified accountant to condauct teh financial analysis of the costs and benefits. Our approach includes - Clear communication of the process
- Structured work programmes to collect the key inputs
- Validation and review workshops to verify all information
- Detailed financial and sensitivity analysis
- Business Case documentation
