Unfortunately like all things, CRM systems need maintenance and review, even the SaaS ones.  And sadly, despite best intentions, over 55% of all implementations have configuration mistakes or oversights in applying best practices. Using our extensive CRM and business software experience we have packaged an 'off-the-shelf service' for our clients to give their system a check-up, and identify those issues that could be effecting performance, productivity, security or usability.

A 'Healthcheck', may be done immediately post-implementation, or after a period of  being live, but is a valuable tool to validate the implementation and ensure you are getting 'best-value' for your investment. We estimate approximately 30% of users are performing 'workarounds' for functionality that is in their system and being paid for, but they just aren't aware of it!
